Refund Policy for Personal Training Programs

Thank you for choosing my personal training services! I’m committed to providing high-quality training programs to help you reach your fitness goals. Please review my refund policy below:

  1. Digital Products & Services: As my personal training programs are digital products, once purchased, I cannot offer refunds. This includes training programs, workout plans, and any other digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

  2. Cancellations: For services that involve personalized coaching or live sessions, I ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid any charges. If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you may be charged a cancellation fee, or the session may be forfeited.

  3. Customer Support: If you experience issues with your program or if you are unsatisfied with the content you received, please reach out to me within 14 days of purchase. While I am unable to offer a refund, I am more than happy to assist you with any questions, provide additional resources, or help you adjust the program to meet your needs.
